无油无糖原味贝果来了，喜欢贝果圆圆胖胖的的样子，看着就想咬一口。
贝果像甜甜圈，但没有甜甜圈那么高糖，贝果也像汉堡，但没有汉堡那么高热量，
这款无油无糖低卡贝果，吃多一个也没太大罪恶感，赶快学做起来吧。
原味贝果 Bagel （5个）
酵母团
高筋面粉 130克
温水 140克
干酵母 1克
主面团
高筋面粉 120克
盐 5克
干酵母 1克
加入酵母团
煮贝果
水1000克
糖 40克
220度烘烤 16-18分钟
注意事项
1. 贝果整形好了之后，放在油布、硅胶垫上，又或者是不沾的烤盘上，千万不要放在烘焙纸，贝果粘着烘焙纸的话，取出入锅煮的时候会缩小/变形。
2. 这款无油无糖的贝果口感会比较硬，尽可能挑选含水量较高的高筋面粉来制作。
3. 下锅煮的时候水滚后只需开小火，一面大概煮30秒左右翻面煮30秒，就可以捞起，吸干水分，准备入烤箱。
4. 制作这款贝果的温度较高，需要提前把烤箱给预热好，我在面团最后一次发酵的时候就先预热烤箱，大概是贝果送入烤箱前的前20分钟。
